Annie Joens
Owner of Telluride-In-Home Massage
I have a deep rooted love for healing and wellness.
My journey started in Thailand 2002 where I experienced and eventually trained in the art of Thai Massage. This fueled my interest in the power of massage and in 2003 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2004, I was drawn to Belize to study Mayan Abdominal Massage with Miss Beatrice, one of the last traditional healers of this wisdom.
I chose to make Telluride my permanent home in 2001. Since then, I have had the privilege of working at the top spas in Telluride while creating my own in-home massage practice.
In 2009, I expanded my skillset to incorporate esthetics. This led me to my current passion of herbalism. Herbal medicine, wildcrafting and
and holistic skincare have inspired me to handcraft my own massage oils and liniments. This brings an additional healing aspect to all my massages. I combine nature's wisdom and modern techniques to bring you healing, nourishing and therapeutic work.
